Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Guide guests through our unique Brazilian steakhouse dining experience.
• Take accurate beverage, cocktail, and dessert orders.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Work closely with fellow servers, gauchos, bartenders, and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
• Follow all restaurant policies, food safety standards, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• A team player with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must meet Tennessee requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
